Technische Bedingungen für Bohrarbeiten

ADEL Gesellschaft bietet Ihnen folgende Dienstleistungen an: Bohren von Eisbeton, Beton und anderen harten Baustoffen. Wir erledigen das Stoßfrei mit der fortsrittlichen Diamanttechnologien.
 
Wir verfügen über moderne, leistungsvolle Maschinen und hochqualifizierte Facharbeiter. Wir erledigen alle Arbeitsarten: Bohren von Stahlbeton mit einem beliebigen Stahlanteil, Beton, Asphalt, Naturstein und andere harten Baustoffe.
Durchmesser der Bohrungen: von 8 bis 550 Millimeter. Die grösseren Bohrungen können wir durch einen Satz von einigen kleineren erledigen.
 
 
Bohren können wir sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal durchführen, mit beliebigen Winkel, Deckebohren ist auch möglich.
 
Alle Operationen erfüllen wir mit einer höhen Genauigkeit. Das betrifft sowohl den Durchmesser als auch der Position der Bohrungen verhältnismäßig der Markierung.
 
Diese Arbeit erfüllen wir mit einer Spezialbohrmaschine, die aus folgenden Teilen besteht: ein Motor, ein Ramen mit einem Motorumstellungsantrib und eine Bohrkrone.
Die Bohrkrone - ist ein Rohr mit einem bestimmten Durchmesser. Von einer Seite hat diese Bohrkrone einen Anschlußflansch zur Motorwelle der Maschine. Von anderer Seite sind darauf diamanthaltigen Segmente aufgelötet. Bei dem Bohren bildet sich ein Kern, der einen kleineren Durchmesser (auf 5 bis 7 Millimeter), als die Bohrkrone hat.
 
Die Bohrkrone hat eine Laufwasserkühlung. Das Wasser verhindert die Ablötung der Segmenten und gewährleistet die Beseitigung der Stoffreste aus der Arbeitszone.
Das Abwasser, wenn es erforderlich ist, wird mit einem Wasserstaubsauger entfernt.
Wenn es überhaupt keine Möglichkeit gibt Wasser zu benutzen, ist es möglich „trocken“ zu arbeiten. Das braucht mehr Zeit und erhöht den Verschleiß des Werkzeuges. Alle solche Fälle betrachten wir extra.
 
Zur Zeit können wir Bohrungen bis zu 3 Meter tief erledigen. Wenn Sie eine größere Tiefe brauchen, betrachten wir solche Fälle extra.
 
Für die Erfüllung dieser Arbeit ist eine Stromversorgung mit der Leistung mehr als        3 kW und auch eine Laufwasserversorgung erforderlich.

While equipping the building by heating and sanitary ware systems:
  • holes in floor structures for tubes of heating risers;
  • holes for linking up of  heating bodies;
  • holes for installing bathroom and lavatory equipment;
  • holes and openings for piping;
  •  holes for erection of drain risers from flat-deck roofs;
  • holes for arm of air-heating;
  •  holes for installing sinks and shower cabins;
  • holes in the foundation for linking-up heating and water-supply systems to city mains;
  • holes for installing systems of automated fire suppression;
  • etc.
While equipping the building by ventilating and conditioning systems:
  • openings in main walls for horizontal air tubes;
  • openings in floor structures for vertical air tubes;
  • holes for ventilation valves;
  •  vent holes for free ventilation systems;
  • holes for installing split-systems;
  • holes in outer walls for installing external block of the conditioner;
  • ect.
While equipping the building by light-current systems:
  • openings in main walls for laying trays with cables of automatic fire suppression systems;
  • openings in main walls for laying trays with cables of CCTV and alarm systems;
  • openings in main walls for laying trays with cables of controlling system of centralized conditioning of the building;
  • niches for under-plaster installing of monitor cameras;
  • etc.
While equipping of the building by different constructions:
  • holes for mounting of hand railings at stair flights and protection railings;
  • holes for mounting ornamental constructions inside public buildings;
  • holes for installing processing equipment of different application.
