Technical standards of cutting

 

ADEL Company is glad to offer you services of cutting building structures produced from reinforced concrete, concrete and other hard construction materials.  

Cutting can be produced on horizontal and vertical planes.

Work is executed with high precision. As a result we get smooth surface with no need of heavy spending while finishing.

Work is executed by a special machine consisting of engine, rail with system of engine supply and diamond disk. Disk rotation, supply and deepening  are realized with the help of hydraulics.

A diamond disk consists of a ring of a set point diameter and diamond-bearing segments brazed on it. Fixing with the engine of the machine is carried out with the help of a special flange.

Hydraulic aggregate is cooled by flowing water at 10 litres a minute. The diamond disk must also be washed by water. Water prevents unbrazing of segments and provides carryover of used materials from cutting zone. Waste water is removed by a water vacuum cleaner in case it is necessary under the terms of performance of work.  

Currently we can carry out cutting at the depth up to 730 mm, with the access to the surface finished from one side, and 1460mm – with the access from two sides.

For execution of work it is necessary to have three-phase voltage 15-32 kW and a source of flowing water at your site.
